This Digital Betamax can display 9 or 16 frames of freeze pictures according to the passage of time. While viewing the playback, a TV program or a picture from the LINE IN pressing the MULTI STOBE 9 or 16 buttons the freezes a reduced picture and displays it in the upper left of the screen. Size depends on which button is pressed. After a given period of time the next freeze picture will appear next to the right of it. This sequence will continue left to right, top to bottom until the entire screen is filled. The time of the progression or interval can be controlled by pressing the EFFECT + / – buttons during operation. Sections can also be individually prompted by pressing the MANUAL button.
