This SuperBeta 800ME Betamax can tune in the broadcast standards of eight formats and is compatible with tape recordings made in NTSC 3.58, NTSC 4.43, European PAL, UK PAL, Middle East SECAM, Moroccan SECAM and French SECAM. This gives it access to much of the TV stations around the globe. Employs a three-system tuner to record programs in NTSC 3.58, PAL/SECAM and UK PAL for expanded coverage at the flip of a switch. Playback can be selected or automatically detected. Cable coverage is illustrated below. |
