THE STORY OF MAX THE BINARY BOXER MAX, my Binary Boxer, was created early in the life of my Website to serve as a mascot-companion. He is a cheerful way to convey brief stories, helpful information and important messages. I chose the boxer because it is one of the most popular dog breeds on the planet and the name Max because it was, at the time, the number one dog name in the nation. It all came together when I added the (the Beta format logo) to the Max name to get BetaMAX. This plainly seen on his dog tag. His use throughout this Website is purposely understated and conservative. No need to overdo a good thing. So when you see Max he is just there to help, inform and add color, not to intrude.
