The RMT-318 shipped the SL-2710 with the silver cabinet. The remote functions include power, play, x2, pause, scan in forward and reverse, plus fast forward, rewind and stop. Channel buttons to select TV stations programmed into the VCR. A TV/VTR button directs the RF output to TV. Two button record prevents accidental erasure. AUX (auxiliary) to select optional cable decoder. Slide switch to turn off remote. Red LED lights to signal operation. Uses two AA batteries. Operates on VTR channel 1.
