SONY RMT-124
IR REMOTE

The RMT-124 was shipped as the standard remote with several models of Betamax VCRs. It controls most of the standard functions found on most Sony Beta units. On the face is the VCR on/off power button, channel express tuning buttons for direct selection of station settings 1 thru 14. Also there are play, pause, fast forward, rewind, stop and scan in forward and reverse. A sliding record button prevents accidental recording. Also provided is an on/off switch. On the side is a TV/VTR button to select the out going signal to the TV and a channel up and down rocker button to scan the stations programmed into the VCR up and down. Operates on VTR-1 channel.
