IR REMOTE

The RMT-117 remote came standard with the Sony SL-MV1 recorder/television combo unit. Functions rewind, fast forward, play, stop, pause, still, slow and scan. An on/off switch disabled the functions and +/- scanned the channel presets up and down. A single button (indicated by the triangle) toggled between the VCR and the TV. Two button record helped guard against accidental recordings. A red LED indicates the remote operation. There is no button for turning on the SL-MV1. Requires two AA batteries.
