The RB-79E shipped the only with the NEC VC-N739E. The remote functions include power, play, x2, slow step x1/4, x1/10, x1/30, and pause/still. Also scan in forward and reverse, fast forward, rewind, stop and skip search. Up and down channel buttons for selecting TV stations programmed into the VCR. A TV/VTR to button select the RF output to TV. Ten button keypad for direct channel access. Two buttons must be pressed to record or for audio dub, to prevent accidental erasure.
