The RB-77E shipped the with the NEC VC-731E, VC-737E and VC-P1000E portable. The remote functions include play, pause/still, scan in forward and reverse, fast forward, rewind and stop. Channel scan button for stepping through TV stations programmed into the VCR. The pressing of two buttons is required for record or audio dub and prevents accidental erasure.
