The RB-40E shipped the only with the NEC VC-N40EU. The remote functions include power, eject, play, pause or still with x1/4, x1/10 and x1/30 stepping. Also scan in forward and reverse, fast forward, rewind, stop and skip search. Up and down channel buttons for selecting TV stations programmed into the VCR.
