This recorder can be switched from the normal RF coaxial ANT/CABLE IN terminal to an AUX terminal. This decides a loop through for optional captions, SAP (separate audio program), or satellite decoder. This is done by pressing the AUX button on the front panel or on the remote. The incoming antenna or an external RF source can be used. See the diagram below for how the decoder is installed. AUX switching can be programmed into the timer settings. Also works with "Quick-timer" recording. |
