DESCRIPTION OF SONY RM-440
The RM-440 is a small-size, light-weight micro-processor based unit that packs a lot features and a lot of punch. It is able to perform many kinds of automatic functions. Compatible with the SLO-383 or the SLO-420. Features include: |

• | In the assembly mode, the video, audio channel 1 and channel 2 signals can be edited simultaneously |
• | In the insert mode, the video, audio channel 1 and channel 2 signals are independently selectable and any combination can be used |
• | In the insert mode, the video can be recorded between edit points with the SLO-383 as the slave unit* |
• | Preview allows for rehearsal and modification of edited states before actual editing takes place* |
• | Trim function to modify edits points frame-by-frame before actual editing commences |
