Load the cassette into your Beta recorder and press the “Play” button. Watch the picture and stop the tape after it becomes clear and the video heads are cleaned. Adjust tracking if necessary.

DO NOT REWIND tape after each use, only when it reaches the end.

The reference picture and cleaning results will degrade over time. Based on an average use time of about five seconds this tape should perform 100 operations before it needs to be replaced.

If the picture will not clear or cleaning becomes frequent, professional servicing may be needed. If the video heads become worn beyond their operational life expectancy, repeated cleaning may not clear the picture.
