THE 711B2 CHASSIS DESIGN

The "B2" variation of the 711 chassis came in two styles. Most used a cogged belt coming from the threading transmission to drive the loader. The exceptions were the EDV-9300, EDV-9500 and EDW-30F. They used a motor and worm drive ring gear. All have the top pivot entryway door that swings upwards. The reel table is driven by a single pancake servo and the capstan uses an independently driven flat motor.
