THE STORY OF MAX THE BINARY BOXER MAX, the Binary Boxer, was created early in the life of my Website as a mascot companion. He is a cheerful way to convey stories, helpful information and important messages. I chose the boxer because it is one of the most popular breeds on the planet and the name Max because it was at the time the number one dog name in the nation. It all came together when I added the (the Beta format symbol) to the Max name to get BetaMAX. His ID is plainly seen on his dog tag. His use throughout this Website is understated and conservative.
